استقال وزير الثقافة المصري جابر عصفور بعد عشرة أيام من توليه المسؤولية في الوزارة التي تشكلت عقب الاحتجاجات المطالبة بإسقاط نظام الرئيس حسني مبارك، مبررا استقالته "بأسباب صحية". يأتي ذلك بعدما أثار تسلمه مقاليد الوزارة موجة غضب بين المثقفين العرب.
