بدأ المتظاهرون بميدان التحرير في انتهاج وسائل جديدة لاستقطاب تأييد المزيد من المصريين للثورة والخروج المليوني الأكبر يوم الجمعة المقبل الذي أطلقوا عليه اسم "جمعة الطوفان"، من هذه الوسائل المنشورات، وحديث الذكريات، والبيان الشخصي والقدوة العملية.
