كشفت وثائق ويكيليكس عن أن الرئيس المصري حسني مبارك أقر بأن بلاده أقامت جدارا عازلا على حدودها مع قطاع غزة لوقف الأسلحة المهربة إليه. في حين اتهم قطر وسوريا بإفشال جهوده لإطلاق سراح الجندي الإسرائيلي الأسير لدى المقاومة الفلسطينية، جلعاد شاليط.
