تزايدت بألمانيا الأصوات السياسية والحقوقية الرافضة لحضور الرئيس المصري للعلاج. وهددت منظمة حقوقية بمقاضاة مبارك بمجرد أن تطأ أقدامه الأراضي الألمانية بينما طالب سياسي بارز بحزب الخضر حكومة ميركل بالتعهد بتسليم مبارك للقاهرة حال ملاحقته قانونيا.
