استدعى رحيل الكاتب والمناضل السياسي سالم النحاس ذاكرة المثقفين الأردنيين المفتوحة على مرحلة كان الفقيد فيها أحد رموز الحركة الوطنية ضد القمع الذي فرض في الأردن حتى العام 1989. وتوفي الأمين العام لحزب الشعب الديمقراطي الأردني السابق عن عمر ناهز 65 عاما.
