أعلنت مصادر أمنية أن السلطات السعودية اعتقلت الجمعة عشرات الأشخاص تظاهروا في جدة، احتجاجا على سوء حالة البنية التحتية بعد أن اجتاحتها سيول جارفة. وذكرت رويترز أن الاحتجاجات جاءت بعد أن حثت رسائل نصية -أرسلت عبر هواتف بلاكبيري الخميس- سكان المدينة على ذلك.
