قذفت ظروف الحصار الصعبة بمعظم الأسر الغزية في حجر مؤسسات إنسانية أميركية وأوروبية نشطت بقوة إلى جانب مؤسسات الأمم المتحدة في تقديم الخدمات الإغاثية والتعليمة والصحية والتنموية.
