وصفت إيران محادثاتها في إسطنبول بشأن برنامجها النووي مع الدول الخمس الكبرى إضافة إلى ألمانيا بأنها جرت في أجواء إيجابية، قبل ذلك أعلنت الولايات المتحدة أنها لا تتوقع "انفراجا كبيرا" في المحادثات.
