طالب وزير الخارجية الإسرائيلي أفيغدور ليبرمان أوروبا بمساعدة بلاده في وقف تدفق الأسلحة إلى قطاع غزة إذا أرادت هذه الدول أن ترفع إسرائيل حصارها المفروض على القطاع. جاء ذلك عقب اجتماعه مع الممثلة العليا للسياسة الخارجية بالاتحاد الأوروبي كاثرين أشتون.
