انتقدت صحيفة واشنطن تايمز الأميركية أداء إدارة الرئيس باراك أوباما للسنتين الماضيتين، وقالت إن النمط الذي سارت عليه السياسة الخارجية والأمن القومي للبلاد لم يختلف في السنة الرئاسية الثانية عنه في الأولى، وإنهما في الحالتين يدللان على الضعف وتضاؤل الدور الأميركي.
