إن كانت قبيلة الدينكا أكبر القبائل في جنوب السودان فهي الأوسع في العادات والتقاليد خاصة في الزواج الذي تمثل فيه العروس أهم المرتكزات وتمثل الأبقار الفيصل الحاسم والعامل الأول في إتمام الزواج.
