رجح تقرير حكومي كوري جنوبي أن تقوم كوريا الشمالية بإجراء تجربة نووية ثالثة العام القادم، سعيا إلى "تحسين قدرتها على إنتاج أسلحة نووية والحفاظ على التوتر العسكري عاليا وتعزيز موقف كيم جونغ أون كزعيم قادم".
