يشرع مجلس الدوما الروسي (البرلمان) غدا الجمعة في مناقشة معاهدة الأسلحة الإستراتيجية الجديدة "ستارت 2"، وقد يصادق عليها باعتبار أن مجلس الشيوخ الأميركي صادق عليها الأربعاء بعد نقاش مطول.
