أجملت مذكرة حملت عنوان "الاتجاهات الأيدولوجية والملكية في الصحافة السعودية"، أرسلتها السفارة الأميركية في المملكة العربية السعودية، دور وسائل الإعلام العربية في تحقيق مآرب الدعاية الأميركية، وأظهرت حجم الاهتمام الذي توليه البعثات الأجنبية للصحافة العربية ومتابعة الشأن الثقافي في أدق تفاصيله.
