رجح البنك المركزي السعودي أن يتراجع معدل التضخم المرتفع في الربع الأخير من العام الجاري. وكان التضخم قد تجاوز بالسعودية التوقعات هذا العام، مدفوعا بصعود قوي لأسعار الغذاء والمساكن. من جهة أخرى طالب اقتصاديون سعوديون بفك ارتباط الريال بالدولار لمعالجة التضخم في البلاد.
