سخرت حركة طالبان في أفغانستان من النتائج والقرارات التي تمخض عنها اجتماع قمة قادة حلف شمال الأطلسي (الناتو) في لشبونة، وأعلنت الحركة عما وصفته بازدرائها لخطط الناتو المتضمنة تسليم المسؤولية العسكرية والأمنية في أفغانستان للجانب الأفغاني في غضون ثلاث سنوات.
