تتعاظم الحاجة لمناقشة علاقة التربية بالمواطنة وكذلك علاقة المواطنة بالتنمية، والكاتب يشارك في هذا الجدل الذي هو بحاجة إلى تبادل رأي وتعميق بما ينسجم مع مبادئ الدولة العصرية وبما يعمّق الاتجاهات الإيجابية في تراثنا الذي هو جزء من التراث الإنساني.
