قال رئيس دائرة المفاوضات في منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية صائب عريقات إن الموقف الفلسطيني بشأن العرض الأميركي لإسرائيل الخاص بتجميد الاستيطان سيتحدد بعد تسلمه رسميا من الجانب الأميركي، ويأتي هذا التصريح عقب اجتماع محمود عباس بديفد هيل.
