بدأ آلاف المواطنين في جنوب السودان تسجيل أسمائهم في القوائم الانتخابية للمشاركة في استفتاء تقرير مصير الجنوب. وفي هذا الإطار طالب النائب الأول للرئيس السوداني رئيس حكومة الجنوب سلفاكير ميارديت بمراقبة دولية مكثفة لإجراءات التسجيل.
