أعلنت بلغاريا تجميد مشروع خط أنبوب النفط الروسي الذي يمر عبر أراضيها إلى اليونان بسبب مخاطره البيئية في تحول رأى فيه البعض موقفا سياسيا للحد من تأثير موسكو على سوق الطاقة في أوروبا.
