نفت كوريا الشمالية اتهامات جارتها الجنوبية لها بالعمل على تعطيل قمة الدول العشرين التي ستستضيفها سول، بينما أكد تقرير أن حادث تبادل إطلاق النار بين الجارتين مؤخرا كان عرضيا، وسط أنباء عن توجه مسؤول أميركي سابق إلى بيونغ يانغ.
