أقرت الحكومة اليابانية ميزانية إضافية بنحو 63 مليار دولار، لتمويل حزمة حفز اقتصادي للتصدي لارتفاع قيمة الين، ولمواجهة مخاوف الانكماش. وتريد طوكيو من هذا الإجراء -الذي يتضمن إقرار مشاريع للأشغال العامة- تنشيط الاقتصاد وتحفيز الطلب الداخلي.
