أكد المتحدث باسم الرئاسة الفلسطينية نبيل أبو ردينة بعد لقاء الرئيس محمود عباس مع مبعوث الرباعية توني بلير أن أي مقترحات أميركية جديدة لم ترد بشأن تجميد الاستيطان. في غضون ذلك قالت حركة السلام الآن إن الحكومة الإسرائيلية أقرت مخططات استيطانية جديدة.
