أجرت الهند تجربة ميدانية على أول طائرة بدون طيار يجري تصنيعها محليا لتقليل اعتماد البلاد على استيراد مستلزماتها العسكرية. وتزيد سرعة طيران رستم على 180 كيلومترا في الساعة وتعتبر نموذجا مبدئيا تعتزم الهند تطويره إلى طرز متقدمة.
