تدهور الوضع الأمني في الصومال مع عودة الاقتتال بين القوات الحكومية والمعارضة الإسلامية الممثلة في حركة الشباب المجاهدين، ويأتي ذلك في ظل تأكيد كوريا الجنوبية عن خطف قراصنة صوماليين لسفينة تابعة لها.
