قالت الصين إنه ينبغي للولايات المتحدة ألا تجعل اليوان كبش فداء لمشاكلها الداخلية. وقال متحدث باسم وزاة التجارة إن من غير الإنصاف انتقاد سعر صرف اليوان بالإشارة فقط إلى الفائض التجاري للصين.
