طلبت الجزائر الاثنين مستشارين لمساعدتها على تأميم محتمل للفرع المحلي لشركة أوراسكوم تليكوم المصرية (جازي). وتشير تحليلات إلى أن سعي الجزائر لتأميمه قد يجهض فرص الروس في تشكيل خامس أكبر شركة اتصالات في العالم تضم أوراسكوم.
