قررت الصين رفع الاحتياطيات الإلزامية لستة بنوك تجارية مؤقتا لامتصاص السيولة من الاقتصاد. وتجنب البنك المركزي تقييدا أكثر وذلك في محاولة للموازنة بين السيطرة على السيولة والحفاظ على المرونة. من جهة أخرى رجحت مصادر نمو الاقتصاد الصيني 9.5% فقط بالربع الثالث.
