تطرقت صحف إسرائيل لرسالة تعهدات أميركية تلقتها حكومة نتنياهو إن قبلت تجميد الاستيطان شهرين إضافيين، واستغربت رفض "عرضٍ سخي" لم يقدمه حتى بوش "بكل سنوات صداقته". وحذرت الصحف من أن الرفض قد يجعل أوباما يؤيد خيار مفاوضات أساسها حل دولتين بحدود 67.
