أبدى مراقبو الانتخابات البرلمانية الأفغانية تخوفا إزاء شرعية هذه الانتخابات التي انطلقت عمليات فرز أصواتها الأحد، بسبب انعدام الأمن والحديث عن عمليات تزوير واسعة, في حين استمرت موجة العنف في حصد أرواح العديد من الأشخاص بمناطق متفرقة من البلاد.
