أعربت فصائل في منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية عن عدم رضاها عن طبيعة وجودها وآلية التعامل معها داخل المنظمة، مشددة على ضرورة احترامها للحفاظ على العلاقات الوطنية والمواقف المشتركة.
