وصل جوزيف بايدن نائب الرئيس الأميركي الاثنين إلى بغداد في زيارة مفاجئة، قال البيت الأبيض إنه سيجري خلالها محادثات مع الزعماء السياسيين العراقيين بشأن أزمة تشكيل الحكومة. وسيحضر بايدن مراسم إنهاء المهام القتالية الأميركية في العراق التي تصادف يوم الثلاثاء.
