تعرضت المنتخبات العربية المشاركة في بطولة العالم لكرة السلة المنظمة حاليا في تركيا لخسارة في الجولة الثانية من المسابقة. وحصد لبنان هزيمته الأولى في البطولة بأزمير أمام فرنسا 59-86 في إطار منافسات المجموعة الرابعة.
