قال صائب عريقات إن السلطة الفلسطينية ستترك المفاوضات المباشرة إذا استأنفت إسرائيل بناء المستوطنات في الأراضي الفلسطينية. ويتوقع أن تبدأ المفاوضات الأسبوع القادم، لكن إسرائيل لم تعلن بعد ما إذا كانت ستجدد تجميدا للاستيطان مدته 10 أشهر.
