طالب المبعوث الأميركي الخاص إلى السودان سكوت غريشن باتخاذ جميع الإجراءات اللازمة لإجراء استفتاء حق تقرير المصير في جنوب السودان تطبيقا للاتفاق الذي تم التوصل إليه بين الشمال والجنوب.
