أجمع حقوقيون مغاربة على التنديد بالاستنطاق والتعذيب الذي تعرض له المتهم في هجمات سبتمبر/أيلول 2001 رمزي بن الشيبة بأحد السجون السرية بالمغرب في حال "تأكد الخبر".
