انتقد لبنان قرار الولايات المتحدة تعليق مساعدات لجيشه بمبلغ مائة مليون دولار تمت الموافقة عليها في وقت سابق. ووصف القرار بأنه لا مبرر له ويضعف الجهود الرامية لبناء قواته الوطنية.
