بدأت المعونات المحلية والدولية في الوصول إلى مئات الآلاف من منكوبي الفيضانات في إقليم خيبر بختون خوا شمال غربي باكستان، وسط تحذيرات من أزمة إنسانية خطيرة تهدد المتضررين جراء نقص الغذاء والأدوية وتفشي الأمراض.
