على مدى خمس سنوات ظلت الحكومة الأميركية وموقع ويكيليكس ينشران عدة مئات من وثائق الأمم المتحدة الداخلية، من بينها جملة من تحقيقات سرية عن الفساد وسوء الإدارة وسوء السلوك الجنسي، وكانت أميركا تعتبر ذلك عاديا، فلماذا استنكرت نشر ويكيليكس وثائق أميركية.
