يبدأ الرئيس السوداني عمر حسن البشير -الذي أصدرت المحكمة الجنائية الدولية مذكرة توقيف بحقه بتهمة الإبادة في دارفور- اليوم الأربعاء زيارة رسمية لليبيا تستمر يومين, يجري خلالها مباحثات مع الزعيم الليبي معمر القذافي تتناول الوضع السياسي في السودان.
