أجلت السلطات الصينية أكثر من مائة ألف بعد فيضان أحد روافد النهر الأطول في الصين، وهو نهر يانغتسي في سيشوان بجنوبي غربي البلاد، في حين قتل ثمانية في فيتنام وخمسة في إندونيسيا جراء فيضانات جارفة.
