قالت جماعة الإخوان المسلمين بمصر إنها جمعت أكثر من 150 ألف توقيع ضمن الحملة التي يقودها المدير العام السابق للوكالة النووية محمد البرادعي للتغيير والإصلاح. وأطلقت الجمعية الوطنية للتغيير التي يرأسها البرادعي حملة لجمع التوقيعات على بيان التغيير يدويا في المحافظات.
