تفتتح اليوم بالعاصمة الفيتنامية فعاليات منتدى الأمن الإقليمي لرابطة دول جنوب شرق آسيا (آسيان) وسط توقعات بأن تهيمن قضية التوتر في شبه الجزيرة الكورية على المحادثات.
