بعد مرور عام على انتخاب الرئيس الموريتاني محمد ولد عبد العزيز, اختلف المحللون الموريتانيون والمتابعون للشأن السياسي حول حصاد هذه السنة. فبينما يرى البعض أن السنة المنصرمة شهدت الكثير من الأزمات، يرى آخرون أنها شهدت تأسيسا لسياسة اقتصادية وتنموية ستؤتي ثمارها قريبا.
