قال المدير العام لصندوق النقد الدولي دومينيك ستراوس كان إن الاقتصاد الأوروبي مقبل على عدة سنوات من ضعف النمو الذي يهدد بارتفاع معدل التضخم وضعف قوة إنفاق المستهلكين، وإن استبعد عودة ركود كامل إلى الاقتصاد الأوروبي.
