أقر مجلس الشيوخ الأميركي الخميس قانونا يتضمن أوسع إصلاح مالي في الولايات المتحدة منذ ثلاثينيات القرن الماضي. ويفرض القانون الذي أجازه الكونغرس بعد جدال طويل قواعد جديدة صارمة على وول ستريت تجنبا لأزمات مالية على شاكلة الأزمة المالية الأخيرة.
