اتفق اليمن وقطر على تفعيل اتفاقية الدوحة بشأن محافظة صعدة التي أبرمتها صنعاء مع جماعة الحوثي برعاية قطرية عام 2007. جاء ذلك خلال مباحثات أجراها اليوم الرئيس اليمني علي عبدالله صالح بصنعاء مع أمير قطر الشيخ حمد بن خليفة آل ثاني.
