استبعد محللون إحراز اختراق في المفاوضات غير المباشرة بين الفلسطينيين وإسرائيل، معللين الحديث الإسرائيلي عن رزمة تسهيلات لاستئناف المفاوضات المباشرة بأنها خدعة للرأي العام ومحاولة لتحسين صورة إسرائيل في الخارج.
