تواجه المرأة الصومالية في إقليم أوغادين شتى صنوف التعذيب، وتتعرض للإيذاء في نفسها وعرضها على يد القوات الإثيوبية، التي كشفت روايات الشهود ومصادر منظمات حقوق الإنسان الدولية عن الفظائع التي ترتكبها هذه القوات ضد النساء الصوماليات.
