جددت منظمة العفو الدولية مطالبتها إسرائيل برفع الحصار عن قطاع غزة بشكل كامل، وقالت إن الإجراءات الأخيرة لتخفيف الحصار عنه "أقل من المطلوب" وإن القطاع ما زال يعاني حصارا جويا وبحريا وبريا مما دمر اقتصاده وجعل سكانه يعتمدون على وكالات المعونة.
